The Retreat at Paradise Valley, a 12-unit Apartment Complex in Natoma, KS; financed in part by KHRC and developed by YMH Holdings, LLC. These formerly vacant buildings have been 100% rehabilitated into eight two bedroom and four one-bedroom units. The initiative received funding through the state’s Moderate Income Housing (MIH) and Kansas Housing Investor Tax Credit programs (KHITC).
